Please double check your shipping address when purchasing so I can make sure your card gets to you safely. If the incorrect shipping address is provided by the buyer, I can't grant a refund after your card has been shipped.

Need to update your address after you submit an order? Send me a note within 24 hours of your purchase so I can get it to the right spot for you.


All sales are final. However, I want you to be happy, so please contact me if there are any issues with your card upon receipt. Shipping cost cannot be refunded, and I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact U.S.P.S. in the event of an issue. Cancellation requests must be received within 12 hours of purchase, or a refund will not be granted.


Holidays are a busy time of the year for me and for the post office. I will do my best to update my shop announcement when a deadline for a holiday is nearing. I am not responsible for cards that do not arrive in time for a specific date, nor will I be able to refund you. For U.S. customers, I encourage you to order no later than 9 business days before a holiday; for international customers, orders are most likely to arrive on-time if placed 21 business days or more in advance. Business days are Monday through Friday.



Greeting cards ship within 1-3 business days via U.S.P.S. First Class Mail. Shipping time usually takes an additional 2-5 business days if you're in the U.S.

You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order has shipped. First class mail does not include a tracking number or a guaranteed date to arrive. If you’d like a tracking number, please purchase upgraded shipping.

For U.S. greeting card orders, you can purchase upgraded shipping, and I will ship your card via Priority Mail; please note that production time will still take between 1-3 business days before your card goes in the mail.


International orders take between 7-21 days to ship in the mail. I am not responsible for any customs holds in your specific country that may slow down delivery time. Your country may charge you a customs tax on orders valued at over $20 USD; as the buyer, you will be responsible for these charges.

Upon shipping, I will send you a message letting your know your item is on its way!


Please allow 48 hours for responses to messages. I am normally faster than this, but I appreciate your patience and courtesy.

At this time, I do not accept custom orders.

I can send cards directly to the recipient if requested. I’m also happy to handwrite a note for you — the less awkward the better! Please message me before purchase so I know how to package your item.
